Gender Pay Gap Report 2025
3 December 2025
The Gender Pay Gap Report gives a high-level snapshot of pay within an organisation, showing the differences in average pay between all male and female employees, irrespective of their role or seniority. We have produced our Gender Pay Gap Report based on a snapshot date of 5 April 2025.
Gender Pay is distinctly different from Equal Pay and should not be confused with it. Equal Pay relates to the requirement to pay both men and women the same for equal work. Our approach to pay is gender-neutral, and we are confident that men and women are paid equally for doing equivalent jobs across our business.
We observed mixed movement in our gender pay gap metrics. As of April 2025, our mean gender pay gap decreased slightly to 4.1%, down from 4.2% the previous year. However, the median gender pay gap increased to 6.6%, up from 3.1%.
In terms of gender diversity, women now represent 22.0% of our workforce, a slight decrease from 23.2%. Encouragingly, the proportion of women in senior roles has increased by 7.0%, with 26.7% of female employees now occupying senior grades. In consultancy roles, there has been a 4.2% increase in women in senior positions, with 17.0% of women in consultancy holding senior grades. This underscores our commitment to nurturing diverse leadership within our organisation.
