We are hiring experienced software engineers to take lead roles in delivery teams within our growing development centres. We’re looking for people as passionate as you are about building software right; ultimately delivering outstanding solutions to our clients, following an agile approach with a real focus on good engineering practices.
We’ll offer you real autonomy to lead our consultancy engagements with clients. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and diversify your experience, as well as the opportunity to lead people and be involved in commercial decision making. You’ll typically lead and mentor small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams solving tough software challenges. You will help shape consultancy engagements and foster client relationships, advising clients who are making key decisions in development strategy, design and technology choices.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. You will strive for quality and promote best practice in everything you do.
You can expect to work throughout the development stack, from rich interactive web applications to high performance backends.
