How we manage your migration
We work with you to create a long-term, incremental roadmap that charts the full migration of the trade lifecycle to the cloud. We then deliver the roadmap for you, increment by increment, migrating processes and workflows by securely connecting legacy systems to the cloud pipeline. At each stage, we validate that a legacy system is ‘speaking to’ the pipeline and that the lifecycle processes are operating as expected.
We then decouple the legacy system from the other trade lifecycle systems in your estate. We analyse each decoupled system to assess what value it offers you; where a system is no longer deemed to offer any value, we recommend its decommissioning.
