12 January 2026
We are proud to announce our successful appointment as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) brand-new Technology Services 4 framework (RM6190). The framework officially went live on 12 December 2025 and will operate until December 2028 (with an option to extend to 2030).
Securing our place on RM6190 empowers Scott Logic to deliver an even broader range of digital and technology services to central government, local authorities, and healthcare bodies, via a fully compliant procurement route.
“We’re delighted to have been appointed to the CCS Technology Services 4 framework,” said Suzanne Angell, Scott Logic’s Public Sector Director. “It’s a testament to our depth of capability in digital consulting, service integration, infrastructure, and application development. This approval ensures we can continue partnering with public sector organisations in a streamlined and compliant manner, accelerating their digital ambitions.”
Designed to support digital transformation across the UK public sector, the framework enables compliant, flexible procurement of a comprehensive suite of professional services. The scope spans:
- Technology and digital consultancy
- Transition and Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
- End-user services
- Infrastructure management

- Major transformation programmes
“Whether delivering strategic advisory, complex programme delivery, modern end-user support or major transformation, this milestone strengthens our ability to support public sector transformation at scale,” said Graham Odds, Scott Logic’s Chief Growth Officer. “We’re committed to delivering secure, scalable, and outcomes-focused technology services to drive efficiency and social value.”
