22 April 2019
The Gender Pay Gap Report gives a high-level snapshot of pay within an organisation, showing the differences in average pay between all male and female employees, irrespective of their role or seniority.
We have produced our Gender Pay Gap Report based on a snapshot date of 5 April 2019 and you can download it here:
Nigel Wilson, Scott Logic's General Manager said, “The more diverse Scott Logic’s teams are, the more we’re able to benefit from a broad range of experience, expertise and insight. This both increases the quality of what we design and build for our clients, and enriches the culture of our organisation.
"So, while our latest Gender Pay Gap results are reflective of our industry overall, it’s important to us to take a lead in driving positive change. We are a people-focused business, and we grow through our long-term investment in permanent employees. Rather than taking tokenistic actions in addressing the Gender Pay Gap to improve our metrics, we’re planning for the long term. This negatively impacts our short-term results, but we’re confident that our longer-term initiatives will deliver sustainable change for Scott Logic and the wider tech community."
The report provides context and analysis of the data, and sets out some of the initiatives Scott Logic is undertaking to reduce the gap.
