Once developed, who better to manage and maintain your application than the organisation that built it?   

Having deployed your service to live, our ISO-accredited service management function works in partnership with you, managing feature improvements (large or small) and providing the maintenance required to keep the application running optimally and securely, allowing you to focus on addressing your customers’ needs.

Each service is configured to your needs. We provide dedicated contact channels, which provide first, second or third-line support, integrating seamlessly with your own processes. And we design individual service level agreements to align with your needs and those of your customers.

Importantly, we design our systems to reduce the service requirement. TDD and test automation builds in quality, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) provides a smooth path to live, comprehensive monitoring ensures we have a clear understanding of system performance, and automatic restarting is built in.

Secure by design

Certified to ISO 27001 for information security management, we systematically examine security risks, design and implement information security controls, and ensure that controls are continually updated and reviewed, to give you the peace of mind you need.  

Additionally, our Data Protection Officer ensures Data Protection laws are adhered to and that we are fully GDPR compliant. 

All company functions are aligned with these processes and we employ only permanent personnel, ensuring that they understand and implement these policies and procedures. Adherence to company policies is enforced and assured by our engagement leads on projects, by line management in periodic individual reviews, and by standard corporate communication channels when updates are implemented.
