Operations Analyst

We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies and government departments to provide a pragmatic approach to technology, delivering bespoke software solutions and expert advice. 

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our busy Business Operations team.

This is a hybrid role and based at one of our office locations: Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow or London.

The Operations Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Business Operations team at Scott Logic providing a first line of support. This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of the business. As part of this role, you will need to build relationships internally looking to improve the day-to-day experience of internal staff by resolving system issues quickly.  

You will hold the following experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Interest in business operations and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
  • Analytical mindset with basic problem-solving capabilities
  • Competency in Microsoft tools, particularly Office, Outlook

Desirable experience:

  • Familiarity with professional services operations or project-based environments
  • Exposure to CRM or PSA systems
  • Basic understanding of business data and reporting
