Our Copenhagen office opens for business

Scott Logic has a long heritage of delivering innovative solutions with Scandinavian clients. To build on this, we have opened our Copenhagen office as the hub from which we will provide local knowledge and expertise to mainland Northern Europe, and expand into the wider European markets.

As our CEO Gary Scott explains, “We chose Denmark for our first European base for a number of reasons. One decisive factor was our established client base in Copenhagen, especially within the financial sector.”

Copenhagen is becoming more and more renowned as a growing, vibrant fintech and financial hub. Our office at the heart of Copenhagen’s old harbour district, Nyhavn, is new, but our client portfolio is well-established.

Our clients include: Saxo Bank, for which we created the key component in its award-winning interactive trading platform; Nord Pool AS, for which we developed a mobile app to showcase its energy market prices; and Rabobank, at which we have helped shape an effective DevOps culture.

Through our new Copenhagen office, we will be in a strong position to assist new clients – as well as other long-standing financial services clients such as Danske Bank, Nordea and SEB.
